The Danish Coastal Authority, weather measurements

Historical weather measurements are available in the ZIP files below. The files present data in CSV file format. The ZIP files available here are updated once a year, usually at the beginning of the year.

When using the data, please be aware that the data may contain errors or be missing entirely. Using the data is therefore at your own risk. For more information, please see the ‘Metadata’ tab above.

There is one file for each sensor. The data is presented with the following column headings:

Date formatted as day-month-year 24hour:minutes:seconds: 24-03-2011 09:40:00
• Hastighed
Wind speed in m/s
• Retning
Wind direction in degrees from north clockwise
• Lufttryk
Air pressure in hPa
• Temperatur
Air temperature in C°
• Vindstod
Gust in m/s
• East
Sensor east coordinate in ETRS89/UTM32
• North
Sensor north coordinate in ETRS89/UTM32
• Beskrivelse
Optionally extra information

The file names consist of the name of the sensor and the “ident” number, which is the identifications number used by The Danish Coastal Authority. Other ids might be used by other Danish authorities.
